Job summary

Arrow Security in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Site Supervisor to monitor a designated post and perimeter, observe and report security events, and escalate issues to the on‑duty supervisor as required.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and at least one year of security supervisory experience, with CPR‑AED certification being a plus. Weekly pay, growth opportunities, and flexible scheduling are provided. Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License (required).
• Minimum a year of security supervisor experience.
• CPR-AED certification is a plus.
• Exceptional work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite watch/protection of assigned post and designated perimeter.
• Observe, report and support client expectations; escalate when needed.
• Manage clock-ins/clock-outs via company platform; respond to alerts professionally.
• Assist teammates with de-escalation and incident reporting; follow fire prevention procedures.
