Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced security professional to lead asset protection and investigations in Florida. Based in Juno Beach, you will coordinate security programs, conduct investigations, and liaise with law enforcement to deter threats and protect company assets.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree, and frequent statewide travel. You will develop security training, respond to emergencies, and present strategic directions to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of security experience.
• Valid Driver's License (NON CDL).
• Relocation to Juno Beach not offered.
• Travel up to 25% of the time within Florida.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Report to the Senior Director of Security and Aviation within the Corporate Security Department
• Coordinate the security program in an area to maximize asset recovery and deterrence
• Investigate criminal activity directed against company assets or reputation
• Administer asset protection programs during normal and emergency conditions
• Conduct and manage investigations supporting asset protection and safe and secure workplace policies
• Develop and conduct security training and awareness for employees
• Present the strategic direction of the security program to senior management
• Conduct law enforcement liaison
• Support FPL storm restoration efforts
• Perform NERC CIP Facility Service Reviews
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• Frequent travel to locations throughout the state of Florida, estimated at 25% of the time
