We specialize in vacuum pumps, systems, and components for laboratories, life sciences, and industrial manufacturing. Operating within Ingersoll Rand's medical and laboratory division, we combine the engineering strengths of US-based Welch Vacuum Technology and Germany's Ilmvac GmbH.
We are seeking a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead our Sales Engineering function across the US West Coast, Mexico, and potentially South America. Requiring up to 75% travel, this role drives the promotion and sale of diverse vacuum technologies and OEM components. You will champion solution-based selling to distributors, manufacturers, system integrators, and end-users across vital sectors-including Life Sciences, Medical, Chemical, and General Manufacturing.
The total pay range for this role, not including incentive opportunities, is $125,000-$145,000. The pay range takes into account a wide range of factors that include a candidate's skills; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and geographic location. Hired applicant will be eligible to receive (discretionary/nondiscretionary) annual bonuses and incentive compensation.
