Job Summary:

Responsible for developing independent account business with a focus on profitability through new sales and account penetration. Promote and sell company-branded products, meet sales objectives, and support customer service activities to increase market visibility and share. Collaborate within the team to serve the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales territory and customer data to generate new business; conduct product samples and sales presentations.
  • Grow sales and profit margins to meet targets.
  • Establish new customer accounts, determine pricing, and coordinate with credit and operations for order fulfillment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution; may include making deliveries in emergencies.
  • Expand business with existing customers through product penetration.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and ensure compliance with credit terms.
  • Stay informed about pricing trends, especially for market-driven products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • 6-12 months outside sales/marketing or restaurant experience.
  • Valid Driver's License.
