Reporting to the Field Sales Manager, in the role of Area Sales Manager (ASM), you will have a keen interest in sales, a passion for success, drive to achieve your goals, and a strong customer service orientation. As a brand champion, you will further Caesarstone’s growth and market penetration in your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development & Key Sales Account Management: Developing and maintaining customer relationships with Fabricators, Big Box Channel store managers, and designers.
- Developing strategies with peers and management to improve sales approaches and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow customer relationships through regular visits and product presentations.
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth.
- Follow up on leads and manage project pipelines.
- Manage merchandising materials and samples.
- Proactively address customer issues and communicate feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams and utilize CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Participate in industry events and coordinate logistics with sales operations.
- Maintain industry and product knowledge.
- Work flexibly, including nights and weekends.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working with frontline customers; sales experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
- Dependability, professionalism, and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Fieldwork 4-5 days a week.
- Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Remote office location.

- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and technological proficiency in MS Excel and Salesforce.
