Job summary

Talk4Less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is hiring for a full-time sales leader in El Paso, TX. You will train and coach staff, manage store performance, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding customer service and sales performance.

The role requires a minimum of two years in supervision, with a preference for wireless industry experience and a strong focus on teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Degree preferred or 4 years wireless experience.
• 2 years experienced in supervising, managing and training of employees.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and works independently with minimal supervision.
• Must work a minimum 5 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop staff through New Hire Training program within two weeks of employment.
• Lead the sales team to meet and exceed store goals and profitability.
• Manage store schedules, daily reporting, and performance feedback.
• Provide coaching and feedback to sales associates and store leaders.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge across the team.
