K1 Management Services is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the St. Louis area to drive sales across all assigned accounts and act as a partner/consultant to retailers. You will merchandise products, manage promotions and optimize in-store presence.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver license. You will coordinate with delivery and sales teams to meet distribution and pricing goals while maintaining retailer relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of prior sales experience.
• Valid driver license.

Responsabilités

• Maximize sales opportunities across brands and promotions in assigned accounts.
• Develop relationships with decision makers, offering merchandising concepts and promotions.
• Maintain distribution and pricing strategies; address pricing issues with Key Account Manager.
• Monitor beer department to increase sales, manage shelf space and product placement.
• Coordinate with delivery, sales and merchandising teams to ensure efficient operations.
