What You Will Do as an Area Sales & Design Specialist

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients. You will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, managing relationships with store leaders and associates, leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. Weekend work required.

Responsibilities of Our Area Sales & Design Specialists

• Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
• Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events and leverage event sales
• Work independently and build relationships
• Train others and communicate product knowledge effectively
• Proven computer skills and aptitude for learning new software
• Partner with Home Depot leaders, providing updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays
• Maintain presentable, clean, and updated displays and signage for Tuff Shed

Job Requirements

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings
• Proven relationship-building skills
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
