Job summary

Tuff Shed is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide design consultation. You will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory, building relationships with store leaders and leveraging store traffic to generate leads and sales.

Weekend work is required. The role offers incentives including commissions, a bonus program, and a guaranteed weekly subsidy when commissions fall short, with extensive training and benefits.

Qualifications

• Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays and some evenings.
• Proven relationship building skills
• Current valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report

Responsibilities

• Working on-site, at assigned Home Depot stores including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
• Manage a sales pipeline.
• Regularly plan, coordinate, execute lead generating events and leverage event sales.
• Self-direction and the ability to work independently and build relationships.
• Enjoy training others and communicating product knowledge.
• Proven computer skills and the aptitude to learn new software.
• Partner with Home Depot leaders providing updates on sales performance, merchandising and displays.
• Ensure our Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, and maintained; signage is updated.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AS AN AREA SALES & DESIGN SPECIALIST

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional design consultation services to our clients. You will work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, within a specific territory, managing relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates, leveraging Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. • Eligible for a Sales Performance Incentive Bonus
• Eligible to receive Earned Commissions.
• A weekly minimum guaranteed subsidy payment (if earned commissions are less than the minimum guarantee.)
• Annual compensation could potentially be between $55,000 - $75,000 with commission.
• Hands-on training program by local and regional leaders.
