Pan Atlantic Foundation seeks an International Area Representative for its High School Exchange Program. This flexible, part-time 1099 role connects international students with host families, promotes cross-cultural understanding, and provides ongoing support to ensure successful exchanges.

You will recruit host families, partner with local schools, and guide families through the online application, conducting in-home interviews and monthly check-ins.

Job Summary

The International Area Representative is responsible for recruiting host families, guiding them through the application and orientation process, and providing ongoing support throughout the student's stay. Compensation

This position offers performance-based compensation of $1,000 per successful placement for an academic year student and $800 per successful placement for a one-semester student. Total annual earnings will vary based on the number of placements achieved, with potential compensation ranging from $1,000 to $20,000 per year depending on performance and area growth opportunities.
