Meta Careers is seeking an Area Project Controls Lead for the Mega Campus project in Bowling Green, OH. You will own cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and risk management, leading a team of analysts across GC partners and internal DEC functions.

You will partner with Delivery Director, Schedule Lead and Site Management to develop a robust project controls strategy, monitor health metrics, and drive financial outcomes for a 1 GW+ campus of strategic importance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading project controls for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Budget management, forecasting, and change management responsibilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple General Contractors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead in cost controls including budget management, forecasting, change management, invoicing, accruals, and risk.
• Develop and maintain project controls strategy for mega campus.

• Identify commercial risk mitigation opportunities with Schedule Lead and Delivery team.
• Support Preconstruction in review of GC contracts and terms.

The Project Controls Lead will not only be a technical subject matter expert overseeing all cost controls & commercial deliverables on the project and across multiple General Contractors, but also oversee a team of Analysts representing Meta that will manage invoicing, commitments, financial reporting, and commercial management for the project.
