RestorixHealth is seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse – Area Program Operations Director to oversee wound care and HBO centers in the region. The director will lead clinical operations, collaborate with physicians and hospital partners, and drive performance improvement across centers.

The role requires an RN with a BSN per Magnet Hospital standards, CPR certification, and 3+ years of nurse management. Strong leadership, strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration are essential for

Qualifications

• Vaccination to be completed by date of hire is required.
• Nursing degree and license as RN; magnet hospital preference noted for BSN.
• Current CPR certification from American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 3 years of nurse management or hospital service line experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking and a can-do attitude expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage wound care and HBO centers within the area.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospital partners and RXH staff to optimize patient care.
• Oversee salary, budget and financial objectives; maximize program utilization.
• Demonstrate leadership in the wound clinic and HBO suite.
• Support Performance Improvement plans with Medical Director and staff.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Full Time Registered Nurse – Area Program Operations Director

As Area Program Director, you are responsible for the overall leadership, performance and day-to-day activities within the Wound Care and/or Hyperbaric treatment centers in your area! With a good sense of Clinical Operations, this multifunctional role partners both internally and externally to ensure we take patient wound care to the next level. In this role you will engage with physicians and medical staff in our state of the art wound care facilities. The ideal Director executes objectives and long-term goals to ensure the successful operation of the center. Wound Care/ongoing training will provide you the tools to be successful in your role.

Overall Expectation

• Uphold hospital partner reports/operations, directly collaborate with management and RXH staff
• Problem solve and troubleshoot issues between centers, physicians and hospital partners
• Manage clinic/operational center employees in terms of performance, behavioral and training
• Visible in wound clinic and HBO suite demonstrating leadership by example
• Collaborate with Medical Director and staff on RXH’s Performance Improvement Plan
• Prepare/manage salary, budget and financial objectives. Maximize monthly program utilization

Qualifications

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire is required.
• Associates degree in nursing, Bachelors of Science in Nursing required for Magnet Hospitals - some business focus preferred
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• 3 years’ experience of nurse management, hospital service line management preferred
• Excellent visionary, strategic, fearless leadership skills and a "can-do" attitude
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), technologically savvy
• Effective problem-solving skills, decision-making via innovation & creativity
• Ability to collaborate successfully within a multicultural environment
