Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, mining, business, construction management, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple operations, teams, or complex business units.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for seven limestone quarries and two aggregate yards across Kentucky and the Nashville area.
• Drive operational, safety, and financial performance through disciplined execution and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and standards through regular site engagement and inspections.
• Lead, coach, and develop plant managers and other operational leaders; build a pipeline of future leadership talent.
• Manage production to maximize plant efficiency, reliability, quality, and cost performance.
• Partner with Sales and Dispatch to align production with customer demand and profitability.
• Assist in developing annual operating plans, forecasts, budgets, and capital priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, equipment utilization, and maintenance practices.
• Recommend career development and succession opportunities for direct reports and key staff.
• Oversee procurement and utilization of supplies, services, and equipment per policy.
• Support capital projects and other strategic initiatives across the area.
