Job summary

Henpen Corporation is seeking an Operations/ Production Manager to lead the production teams across multiple units. You will ensure product quantity, quality, and efficiency while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires directing 10–30 personnel, implementing CAPA, and coordinating maintenance and inventory. The successful candidate will bring a BS in Chemical Engineering with 8+ years in a chemical/PSM manufacturing environment and a strong background in environmental

Qualifications

• BS Chemical Engineering degree with 8+ years in Production Engineering/Manager role in chemical or related PS M manufacturing.
• Experience in Batch Process Chemical Manufacturing including cycle times and equipment capacity.
• Extensive background in environmental, OSHA/PSM/ISO 9001 compliance.
• SPC/SQC knowledge and practical application.
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production initiatives and productivity tracking to meet targets.
• Manage 10-30 personnel across Operations, Maintenance, and E&I staff.
• Oversee Production Yield Tracking and CAPA implementation.
• Develop SOPs and batch sheet improvements.
• Manage plant operation/maintenance budget and safety compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and process troubleshooting with deviations.
• Oversee in-plant inventory and regulatory compliance (Environmental and OSHA).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform day-to-day production initiatives – productivity tracking to meet production targets, following product quality to meet operational targets, daily housekeeping, employee training and development, maintenance priorities, follow through of established PM programs, administrative duties, and departmental communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in Batch Process Chemical Manufacturing including Cycle times/ Equipment Capacity
• Extensive background in compliance of environmental, OSHA/ PSM/ ISO 9001 regulations
• SPC/ SQC functional understanding
• Work Authorization: United States
