Job summary

You’ll apply MES/CI tools and act as Centerline owner to improve process capability. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and OEE, with opportunities to train operators and coordinate improvements across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams in a high paced manufacturing setting.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes (RCA, 5S, SMED, CAPD).
• Strong communication and training skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend and support all line meetings as part of the MOS process.
• Facilitate Line Loss Analysis with Area Supervisor to develop improvement plans.
• Use DCAP to analyze line data and identify loss elimination opportunities.
• Work with AS and AML to develop and execute loss elimination plans.
• Lead problem solving and root-cause analysis for chronic and sporadic losses.
