Job Summary

Provide planning and leadership to multiple operational/field projects within a defined geographic area (Current Facilities Supported: Philadelphia, PA. (main hub), Camden, NJ., Back River and Patapsco, MD.). Coordinate customer-facing activities with the Sales team to improve relations and achieve area sales goals.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities
  1. Foster a culture that promotes a safe work environment through the development and implementation of safety plans and training; maintain environmental and regulatory compliance standards.
  2. Proactively deliver financial results in line with operations budget and company goals.
  3. Improve employee relations by building a healthy organization, promoting a culture of respect consistent with company values.
  4. Drive change by challenging the status quo, developing a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
  5. Create an operating cadence (rhythm) that utilizes appropriate tools, incorporates clear communication, and accountability for business results.
  6. Develop organizational capacity by clearly defining roles, responsibilities, providing feedback, coaching, and development for all staff.
  7. Effectively lead and manage multiple facilities and managers to ensure successful production.
  8. Drive customer retention and business growth by understanding customer needs and exceeding expectations; support and implement new sales opportunities.
  9. Deliver results through effective project execution, ensuring personnel and equipment resources are available for efficient performance.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective with all levels of personnel including executive management.
  • Ability to work in dispersed, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Proven ability to delegate effectively and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Technologically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and modern technology.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state certifications and licenses.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or a related technical discipline; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of increasing management responsibility, experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or engineering industries.
  • Minimum of five years in a Profit/Loss leadership role managing multiple sites.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
  • Includes talking, hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, walking, and finger dexterity.
  • Subject to indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including exposure to fumes, odors, dust, gases, and poor ventilation.
  • Work may involve hazards such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, working at heights, and exposure to bio-solids.
  • Travel and overtime are required.
