Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year's experience as a Walmart supervisor.
• 2 years external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
• Must become a registered pharmacy technician in state of practice within one year.
• Provide evidence of full vaccination per CDC guidelines OR approved accommodation.
• Board-approved program or Pharmacy Technician University program.

Responsibilities

• Inspects manufacturing/warehouse areas for potential safety violations and takes appropriate action.
• Uses PPE as required and maintains safety logs and audits on equipment.
• Develops and coordinates work plans, schedules, and budgets for Health Wellness operations.
• Directs policies and goals for Health Wellness services and ensures quality.
• Coordinates and evaluates the overall operations for efficiency and service delivery.
• Supports timely and accurate data collection and analysis to inform leadership decisions.
• Facilitates clear communication and collaboration across divisions to improve outcomes.
