B Street Collision in Kansas City is seeking an Auto Parts Specialist to join our team-based repair process. You will verify parts inventory, mirror-match parts for accuracy, and keep the shop clean and organized for efficient operations.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:45 AM – 5:00 PM), the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and competitive hourly pay with a potential monthly bonus plus a comprehensive benefits package.

• Must maintain a Monday–Friday schedule (6:45 AM – 5:00 PM).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle car parts.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and on-time work attendance.
• Confirm incoming parts inventory in a timely manner.
• Mirror match old part to new part for accuracy and to ensure there is no damage.
• Order miscellaneous shop materials and additional parts when necessary.
• Manage returns and process.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment.
