Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a results-driven leader to oversee and optimize daily ready-mix operations across multiple facilities in Texas and neighboring regions. You will drive safety, efficiency, quality, and customer service through strong accountability and hands-on leadership.

The role is primarily field-based with regular travel between ready-mix locations and customer sites. You will develop teams, coach employees, and collaborate with plant, sales, dispatch, and maintenance

$120,000-$130,000 base salary and participation in our annual incentive plan.
