Job summary

Amazon is seeking a warehouse operations supervisor in Montana. The role requires in‑role training at an off‑site location for 2+ weeks, with travel accommodations provided by Amazon. You will lead a team on a 10‑hour overnight schedule, with shifts on a front‑half (Sunday–Wednesday) or back‑half (Wednesday–Saturday) cycle.

Training and scheduling are subject to business needs. The position emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, and meeting delivery promises.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for shifts up to 12 hours, with stairs.
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise; outdoor loading areas and refrigerated grocery locations.
• Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
