Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (or 2+ years Amazon experience).
• Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience with Lean, Kaizen, and/or Six Sigma.
• Experience managing a team of 20+ employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce to achieve safety, quality, attendance and performance goals.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for long shifts in varying environments.
