andCo Hospitality is seeking an Area Operations Manager for The Fold and Legacy Vacation Resort in Steamboat Springs, CO. You will lead day-to-day operations, balance guest experience with financial performance, and develop high-performing teams across departments.

You’ll be hands-on, walk the properties, optimize routines, and ensure safety and quality standards while driving continuous improvement and profitability.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of hospitality operations leadership.
• Experience across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and guest services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Business Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across The Fold and Legacy Vacation Resort to ensure consistent execution and guest satisfaction.
• Walk properties, inspect rooms and public areas, engage with colleagues, and ensure details are right.
• Coordinate Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, shuttle, and other resort functions as one team.
• Monitor guest feedback and trends, identify root causes, and turn insights into action.
• Set clear expectations, coach staff, and develop leadership capabilities.
• Drive follow-through on issues, projects, and action plans to resolution.
• Maintain guest-ready, clean, safe, and well-maintained properties aligned with standards.
