Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in people management, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and flexibility to work weekends, nights, or holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequent mobility during shifts
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in environments with variable temperatures and noise
• Climb and descend stairs where applicable
