Amazon Mt. Juliet is hiring an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly associates, motivating them to uphold safety, quality, attendance, and performance while ensuring on-time customer deliveries.

You’ll work with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to implement plans meeting business objectives, and you will operate in a dynamic environment with variable conditions across sites. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
