Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the work of around 30 janitorial employees.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and supervise operations for assigned area.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
• Control expenses within area of responsibility.
• Maintain records for administrative and regulatory purposes.
• Evaluate supplies, equipment, and purchases as needed.
• Develop and recommend the account operating budget.
• Provide feedback to management on customer requirements.
