Job summary

Required qualifications include 2+ years of people management, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Experience leading teams of 20+ people and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with variable noise and temperatures.
