Job summary

Arcadis seeks an Area Manager and Business Growth Leader for Tennessee or Northern Alabama to drive organic growth across the integrated water business. The role leads strategy execution, client management, and project portfolio growth, reporting to the Southeast Resilience Water Area Leader, and coordinating with multiple teams across the firm.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills plus track record delivering engineering projects.
• Proven project management experience on municipal water, wastewater or stormwater projects.
• Strong people management and mentoring skills; leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tennessee and Alabama water business growth strategy and implementation of the regional plan.
• Coordinate with Area Managers, client account leads, project managers and practice leads to grow backlog.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team; negotiate with clients and partners on complex projects.
• Support design-build opportunities with national team and travel up to 30% for site visits and meetings.
