Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Area Manager in Phoenix to lead a team of hourly associates, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery, and collaborate with Safety, Engineering, and HR to meet business goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring staff, improving productivity, and managing shifts up to 12 hours in a dynamic environment; candidates need 2+ years of leadership experience or a related degree or equivalent Amazon experience.

Competenze

• Two plus years of employee and performance management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Educational or relevant experience alternatives listed in the Basic Qualifications.
