Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Searcy, AR area to lead the daily maintenance department operations. You will supervise, train, and develop associates, oversee equipment systems, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet facility goals.

Primary location is 405 E Booth Rd, Searcy, AR 72143-6700. The annual salary ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 with bonuses and comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Technical School Certification in an Industrial related field and 1 year related maintenance department supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Industrial, or related field OR 1 year supervisory experience in a maintenance related environment supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 2 year Walmart Logistics maintenance experience including six months experience leading a work or project team (e.g. risk control) OR 2 years supervisory experience in an industrial related environment; supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees with 1 year experience in the maintenance field.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; assign duties and coordinate workloads; monitor performance.
• Maintain and ensure quality standards and safety; train associates on policies and procedures.
• Monitor productivity and analyze reports; manage expenses and asset utilization.
