Summary

This position provides leadership and oversight across 4 retail locations and oversees a team of 8-10 employees. The core responsibility is to drive growth through training and development of the teams. It is a 100% field-based position; all functions will be performed while in one of the retail locations.

Management, Training and Development (40%)
  • Ongoing location visits
  • Responsible for recruiting talent for the area and selecting the best candidates
  • Facilitate and follow-up on new hire training
  • Ensure all employees complete and pass all available training
  • Conduct developmental conversations during visits
  • Perform regular follow-up training as needed, based on performance and observation
  • Schedule weekly activities focused on developing a sustainable pipeline of talent
Sales (40%)
  • Develop sales goals based on predetermined budgets; lead each team in developing plans
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales objectives within the sales area
  • Meet or exceed KPIs for each location
Admin/Operations (20%)
  • Daily communication and follow-up with business partners
  • Manage daily/monthly operational functions, such as scheduling, conference calls, KPI distribution, and payroll
Requirements
  • Must be passionate about health and wellness
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales, successfully meeting or exceeding goals
  • Ability to travel throughout the local market to visit locations routinely
  • Above-average presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to mentor and motivate staff effectively
  • Previous success with solution selling
  • High selling aptitude with a successful track record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing to achieve goals
  • Sense of urgency and ability to close deals consistently
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
