• Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office, Supervising Associates, Walmart Logistics Systems

Responsibilities

• Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan for area of responsibility
• Manage staffing and scheduling and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals
• Monitor and manage productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures
• Recruit and develop associates and leaders, provide feedback, coaching, and evaluation
• Build high-performing teams and foster a culture of belonging
