Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or Walmart Logistics Management experience.
• 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing to implement the business plan and manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and manage productivity by reviewing and analyzing business reports.
• Ensure associates are trained on logistics policies, procedures, and company standards.
• Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns and determine corrective action.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Act with integrity, uphold Walmart values, and foster a culture of belonging.

Education

Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience
