Job summary

Regis Corporate is seeking an Area Manager to oversee hair salons, including hiring, training, and supervising salon managers and stylists. The role requires bold decision-making and strong leadership to drive performance across locations.

A current Cosmetology or Barber license is mandatory, with daily travel expected. The candidate should be comfortable with computers and proactive in resolving operational issues while upholding company standards.

Job Description for Area Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of Area Manager over hair salons. Area Manager will oversee the hiring, training, and firing of salon managers and/or stylists requiring bold decision-making and leadership skills. A cosmetology license is required. Must be willing to travel on a daily basis.

An active Cosmetology or Barber License is required for this position.

Other Area Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
