Great Clips is seeking an Area Manager in Washington to lead one salon and coach a small group of Salon Managers across additional locations. This role blends hands-on salon management with multi-unit oversight and requires a track record of improving performance and maintaining brand standards.

Ideal candidates will have prior salon leadership experience, a valid WA Cosmetology or barber license, and the ability to drive growth while supporting others.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a salon or multi-unit retail operation.
