Qualifications

• Previous salon management experience or multi-unit leadership is required.
• Cosmetology and/or barber license must be valid for the state of operation.
• Ability to mentor and support Salon Managers across locations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Experience identifying performance gaps and implementing improvements.
