Job summary

Clean Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations in Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding communities. You will lead multiple cleaning teams, ensure high-quality service, mentor staff, and maintain safety standards while managing schedules and budgets.

Daily duties include site visits, performance coaching, coordinating with customers, and adapting to changing priorities to deliver consistent, exceptional results for our clients.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience, strongly preferred.
• Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities management, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, or a related service industry is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• The ability to lead employees, handle challenges, and make confident decisions.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between customer locations throughout Knoxville and surrounding areas.
• A flexible, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Clean Team Inc. is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Area Manager to oversee commercial cleaning operations throughout Knoxville, Tennessee, and surrounding communities, including Maryville, Alcoa, Oak Ridge, Farragut, Lenoir City, and nearby areas.

This isn't your typical desk job! Our Area Managers are actively involved in daily operations, visiting customer locations, supporting employees, inspecting facilities, and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Some flexibility, including occasional weekends, may be required based on operational needs.
