Duncan & Sons', a Clean Team company, is seeking a dependable and experienced Area Manager to oversee evening operations across multiple client locations in the Knoxville Metro area. This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage teams, coordinate schedules, and ensure consistent service delivery. The Area Manager plays a key role in maintaining quality standards, controlling labor costs, and supporting employee development in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support employees at assigned facilities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members; provide clear expectations and ongoing feedback
• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and coverage for absences or open positions
• Monitor budgeted hours versus worked hours and adjust staffing to maintain profitability
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and productivity standards
• Conduct routine site inspections and address service or performance issues promptly
• Communicate with employees and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Resolve employee concerns professionally while maintaining a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance required
