Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking an Area Manager for Wilmington. The role involves supervising janitorial coverage, quality control, employee training, and supply management across locations in the ServiceMaster Service Area.

A background in management and cleaning is a plus, with the ability to travel by car and pass a background check. Competitive pay at $25/hr plus 401(k) company match and Paid Time Off, and mileage reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Supervisor/Quality control role ensuring customer and employee satisfaction via Schedule Adherence, Fill-in Coverage, Quality Control, and Training.
• Account Management of locations in the ServiceMaster Service Area.
• Management and cleaning experience is a plus.
• Must be well groomed with good communication skills and comfortable with Google-based tech and online apps.
• Travel by automobile required.
• Must have clean DMV record, pass background check, own transportation.
• Access to areas not handicap accessible to complete assignments.
