Qualifications

1+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to push/pull wheeled dollies up to 100 pounds during shifts.
1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and motivate a team of hourly employees.
Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to meet objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk during shifts up to 12 hours; perform stairs.
Operate in varying noise, temperatures, and environments (refrigerated, outdoor areas).
Work a flexible schedule (weekends and/or overnight shifts).
