Amazon.com Services LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Area Manager to lead a team of hourly workers, ensure safety, quality, attendance, and performance, and align customer delivery promises with operations across first mile, middle mile, and last mile.

You will collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance and HR, lift up to 49 pounds, stand up to 12 hours, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Valid USA state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts.
• Work in environments with loud noises and variable temperatures.
