Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Communicate goals and manage staffing and scheduling to achieve facility goals.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; provide feedback and coaching.
• Ensure associates are trained on Logistics policies and procedures.
