Qualifications

• Experience selling electrical products or solutions to OEMs and mission-critical markets.
• Strong hunter/business development background.
• Ability to lead a local team while actively engaging with customers.
• Understanding of revenue, gross profit, margin, and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities throughout Central Texas.
• Build relationships with OEMs, integrators, and end users.
• Lead local outside sales and branch operations.
• Spend majority of time meeting customers and developing new business.
• Manage local P&L and drive profitable growth.
• Develop supplier relationships and ensure execution.
• Monitor gross profit, margin, AR, and inventory.
• Support growth of the local operation.
