Job summary

You will lead incident investigations, ensure safety training compliance, and drive continuous improvement in health, safety, and asset protection programs across Walmart facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety Management or related field required.
• 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety or Asset Protection, Security within Supply Chain or Retail.
• Attend and complete required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Operate tools and procedures for evaluating air, water and waste pollution.
• Participate in OSHA and other regulatory inspections.
• Develop and implement environmental policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead root cause analyses and corrective actions for safety incidents.
