Job summary

Walmart in Greencastle, PA is hiring for an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) / Asset Protection oriented role within Operations. This full-time position integrates data and environmental stewardship to support regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across facilities.

You will analyze data quality, support audits, implement policy updates, and lead safety initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as listed or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2 years’ experience in Environmental, Health and Safety or Asset Protections, Security, within Supply Chain, Retail.
• Attends and successfully completes required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Articulates data levers and ensures data quality for analysis.
• Operates tools to evaluate air, water, and waste pollution and supports audits.
• Manages environmental policies and compliance across facilities.
• Explains operational functions, SOPs and OBW information; identifies interdependencies.
• Oversees risk management, incident investigations, and continuous improvement.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates; promotes belonging.
