Night Owl Janitorial is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple commercial accounts, supervise cleaning teams, and maintain high standards across Treasure Valley properties. You will work directly with managers and cleaning crews to ensure schedules, quality checks, and client needs are met efficiently.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong organizational skills, and reliable transportation to manage accounts and participate in growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of janitorial management experience.
• Proven ability to manage people, processes, and priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support managers and cleaning teams across multiple accounts.
• Conduct regular building inspections and quality checks.
• Communicate directly with clients and company leadership about building performance and needs.
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and staff coverage are always managed efficiently.
• Step in when needed to assist with shift coverage, new account startups, or client walkthroughs.
• Handle complaints and problem-solve quickly to maintain client satisfaction.
• Attend monthly management meetings and weekly check-ins with ownership.
• Help maintain Night Owl’s professional image — wearing the company shirt and setting the example for others.
