Qualifications

• 4+ years of janitorial management experience

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Responsabilités

• Lead and support managers and cleaning teams across multiple accounts
• Conduct regular building inspections and quality checks
• Communicate with clients and leadership about performance and needs
• Ensure supplies, equipment and staff coverage are managed efficiently
• Assist with shift coverage, new account startups, or client walkthroughs
• Handle complaints and problem-solve to maintain client satisfaction
• Attend monthly management meetings and weekly check-ins with ownership
• Uphold Night Owl’s professional image and standards
