Qualifications

• Experience in supervisory or team-lead roles; cleaning/retail/hospitality/logistics preferred.
• Strong communication skills with clients and staff.
• Willingness to travel between local sites and work evenings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a field team of commercial cleaning associates.
• Perform client facility inspections to ensure contract compliance and quality.
• Manage labor hours, shifts, and site coverage.
• Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment across sites.
• Enforce safety policies and secure building lock-up procedures.
