Job summary

PK Property Services is seeking a Ramsey Supervisor in Saint Paul, MN. The role, a full-time 1st shift position, oversees daily cleaning operations across multiple sites and ensures high standards for client satisfaction. You will manage supplies, maintain safety compliance, and report performance to senior management.

The team focuses on delivering reliable custodial services with a strong work ethic and travel between sites as needed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a standard background check including E-Verify.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between sites.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations across multiple sites.
• Maintain high cleaning standards in accordance with company and client expectations.
• Address and resolve client concerns or service issues promptly.
• Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all locations.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, quality control, and compliance.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and staff.
• Provide regular reports to senior management regarding operations and performance.
