ServiceMaster Clean Team in the Twin Cities area is hiring an experienced Area Manager to oversee janitorial accounts across Minneapolis and surrounding cities. This is a full-time leadership role requiring strong customer service, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Salary starts at $60,000–$70,000 per year, with a company vehicle and gas card provided. Hours are primarily Monday–Friday with some nights and weekends; a bonus based on performance and opportunities for advancement are

• Valid driver’s license required and ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and nightly inspections of assigned buildings and accounts.
• Monitor quality of service, production rates, and employee performance.
• Manage inventory, supplies, chemicals, and materials within budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Support, mentor, and supervise onsite employees and supervisors.
• Review employee performance and assist with career development.
• Monitor and approve timesheets for accuracy and completion.
• Schedule and dispatch staff to ensure daily coverage.
• Oversee employee technical training and safety compliance.
• Assist with workers’ compensation activities alongside HR and Safety teams.
• Perform additional assignments requested by leadership.

We are looking for a motivated leader with strong customer service, team management, and problem-solving skills.Position Details

• Job Title: Area Manager
• Location: The Area Manager will oversee accounts in different cities including but not limited to Saint Cloud, Willmar, and Monticello.Schedule: Hours – Primarily Monday-Friday, hours are flexible based on business needs, some nights and weekends needed.
• Salary: Starting at $60,000-$70,000 annually
• Additional Perks: Company vehicle and gas card provided
• This position includes a bonus based on performance (book of business)
