Job summary

Solenis is seeking an Area Manager to lead the commercial sales operation for the Texas area. You’ll head a collaborative, customer-focused team and drive growth through strategic regional initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You’ll combine your technical knowledge with a people-first approach to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions and achieve budgeted revenue. Travel within the area is required, and a valid driver’s license is essential.

We are looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for the commercial sales operation for their area.

For this role we will consider someone who can be located in or around Dallas, Lawton, Waco or Austin.

In this role, you’ll lead a collaborative and customer-focused team of sales and service professionals dedicated to creating sustainable, innovative solutions.

You’ll inspire your team to grow, build strong and lasting customer relationships, and ensure that every partnership thrives. You’ll combine your technical expertise with a people-first approach to help drive meaningful impact for our customers, our team, and the environment.

The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,130.00 and $149,776.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
